They will be working with the Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) module team.
Functional resources with Time & Labor experience (Oracle OTL a plus but not required)
Absence Management experience a plus
Experience with HCM / ERP systems a plus
These will be hands on resources working in the Oracle Cloud OTL module
Will perform administrative functions within the Oracle Cloud
Software testing experience a plus (will participate in test events; not test script developers)
Payroll experience a plus but not required
These can be BA's but will not be performing standard BA duties.
Specific responsibilities are project specific, however we are looking for candidates with the following experience:
Leading functional tracks on Oracle Cloud engagements
Developing an understanding of a clients current state process and developing future state recommendations
Conducting gap analysis between delivered functionality and client requirements and recommend solutions
5 to 8 years of experience in Oracle ERP Projects, with a minimum of minimum of 2 end to end implementations in Oracle Cloud/Fusion.
Hands on implementation experience in Oracle PPM Cloud: Oracle Projects, Oracle Project Contracts, Project Accounting and Project Costing.
Subject matter expertise on how the Oracle Projects Modules integrate with other ERP cloud modules
To get you ready for this role, you will complete a multi-week Cloud Analyst Development Program focused on honing your consulting skills, deepening product and technical knowledge, and supporting your mastery of software implementation skills. Upon completion of the program, you will be staffed in a billable or shadow assignment on a customer engagement, where you will continue to develop your expertise in a day to day client-facing role.
